1.1    This Website is operated by Diamond Power Specialty Limited ("us" or "we"), a Diamond Power International, Inc company and a world leader in boiler cleaning technology.
1.2    We are a limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 00127571 and have our registered office at Unit 5B Heapham Road, Heapham Road Industrial Estate, Gainsborough, Lincolnshire, DN21 1RZ. Our main trading address is Block 10, Vale of Leven Industrial Estate, Dumbarton, Scotland, G82 3AD. Our VAT number is GB263001802.

2.    Accessing the Website

2.1    Access to the Website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on the Website without notice. We will not be liable if, for any reason, the Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.
2.2    From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of the Website, or the entire Website, to users who have registered with us.
2.3    If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential, and you must not disclose it to any third party. We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms and conditions.

3.    Acceptable use of policy

3.1    You may use the Website only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Website:

3.1.2    in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect.
3.2    You also agree:

7.2    Nothing in these terms and conditions shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, for fraudulent misrepresentation, nor any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

We process information about you in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at  /privacy-policy.  By using the Website, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate. The Website uses cookies, in accordance with our Cookies Policy, available at /cookies.

9.    Uploading material to the Website

9.1    Whenever you upload any material to the Website, or make contact with other users of the Website, you must comply with the content standards set out in our acceptable use policy, detailed at paragraph 3 above. You warrant that any such contribution does comply with those standards, and you indemnify us for any breach of that warranty.
